Refund Policy

Every purchase on ForgeVault is a digital STL file delivered instantlyafter checkout. Because digital files can't be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are generally final — but we want you happy with every model, so we make exceptions where it matters:

• Corrupted or unusable files— if a download is broken or a file fails to open or slice, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
• Not as described— if the files you received clearly don't match the product page, we'll refund you.
• Duplicate purchase— bought the same model twice by accident? We'll refund the duplicate.

To request a refund, email support@forgevault.us within 14 days of purchase with your PayPal transaction ID and the model name. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

All payments are processed by PayPal, so eligible purchases are additionally covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
